Our parcels are normally sent via post office airmail with a tracking number, however courier services are available on request.
Delivery times will vary with destination. Please note that Customs can delay the shipment and this is out of our control. Kindly contact us to assist with tracking if you are experiencing longer than expected delays.
Please note that all of our specimens are carefully packaged and marked as fragile. As soon as it has been posted, we shall e-mail you with the tracking number of the parcel.
